RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY AGREEMENT
A.Purpose of the Agreement
*This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which Vyakula Store accepts returns and refunds for products purchased from our grocery store.
B.Scope of the Agreement
*This Agreement applies to all transactions involving the purchase of grocery items from Vyakula Store’s physical stores and online store.
*The policies detailed in this Agreement are applicable to all customers who purchase products from us.
C.Eligibility for Return
* Products may be returned within 2 days of the purchase date, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.
* Perishable items, including fresh produce, dairy, and meat products, are not eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged.
D.Non-Returnable Items
* Items that have been used or consumed are not eligible for return.
E.Return Process
>In-Store Returns
*To return an item purchased in-store, customers must bring the product, along with the original receipt or proof of purchase, to the store location where the purchase was made.
*The store associate will process the return, and if approved, a refund or store credit will be issued.
> Online Returns
* Customers returning items purchased online should contact our customer service at Ordervyakula@gmail.com to initiate the return process.
*A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be issued, and the customer must return the item with the RMA number attached.
*Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
F.Refund and store credit.
>Refund method
*Refund for returned items will be processed to the original payment method within 24 hours after receiving the returned merchandise.
*If the original payment is unavailable a store credit will be issued.
